Here are some of our conditions to sell our cats. We are reasonable and are ready to help and accommodate many things, but these terms are not negotiable. I hope you understand that, in the first place, are the well being or our kitten, for who we are responsible for the entire life - and for their destinies. 

1) Declaw is a crime, punished with jail in some countries: if you wouldn´t like to have your human kids deprived of the point of their fingers - all fingers, from hands and toes - don´t consider to do so with your beloved cat. Much easier and painless is just - cut the nails once per fortnight. Simple like that. There are still other alternatives, live little gloves for the nails, replaced every 2 months.  2) Stud Service / Co-ownership: We won´t - never ever - allow our cats to be from home to home for mates. For us, our cats are much more than only kitten-makers.  First of everything, the cats must to be happy, in the same level than we would like to be. Cats are stressed which constant changes; they are much happier when living permanently in their adopted homes.  3) Selling kittens for breeding: our contract includes a clause that won´t allow the purchaser to sell babies from our cats with breeding rights, and/or with the possibility to have a litter. ALL first generation of Blaze Star cats must to be sold and delivered already spayed/neutered.  4) Giving away: If, for some reason, in any time of the life, the purchaser can not keep our cats any longer, no matter what the reasons are, we must to be immediately communicated, and the cat from Blaze Star Cattery must to return for us - or can be given for a very selective and loving pet home, under the Blaze Star written approval, for where the cat  must to be delivered already spayed/neutered, as the babies do.  5) Breeding Responsibly: Our girls shall have only one litter per year; she need time to recover of one pregnancy, and take care of all those babies, to have another litter. The same way the humans doesn´t have 2 babies per year, the dams must to be also preserved.  6) Take a break: The boys also need some rest after to have be in love with some queen. If you give a rest for him, he will be happy and strong to give beautiful babies for you for a very long time.  7)Health Garantee: All our babies will be delivered full vaccinated, microchiped, and with the PKD test done including the fingerprint (genetic identity), in despite of all our cats are tested PKD negative by DNA.  We use to make the DNA test in the Cat Gene (by CFA), that will also include the tests for any other feline disease, blood type, and the genotype  profile of your kitten. You then will know which genes he will carrier and the babies that he can give to you. You will also receive all the Health Certificates testifying the perfect health condition of the baby.  8) Reservation: The kittens will be reserved by a deposit; in the case that the purchaser change their mind, deposit are not refundable. In case of the Seller don´t be able to deliver the kitten for any reason, another of the same quality (or better) will be offered, or the full amount payied will be refundable. 9) Shipment: We can ship internationally our Show quality kittens - we don´t ship breeder quality cats. We preferentially will deliver the kitten in person always that is possible, to avoid the stress of long travels by cargo. No extra charge will be asked if the baby will be traveling to new owners accompanied.  10) We will be happy and proud to receive constant news from our cats, including nice results at the shows.
